Petroleum resin is the by-product of petroleum cracking C5, C9 distillate, pre-treatment, polymerization, distillation and other processes produced a thermoplastic resin, it is not a high polymer, They are oligomers with molecular weights between 300 and 3000. It has low acid value, good miscibility, water resistance, ethanol resistance and chemical resistance, chemical stability to acid and base, and It has the characteristics of adjusting viscosity and good thermal stability. Petroleum resins are generally not used alone, but as accelerators, regulators, modifiers and other resins used together.

L-Series Hydrocarbon Resin is a low molecular weight thermoplastic aromatic resin produced from petroleum derived C9 fraction through catalytic-polymerization technique. It's a transparent granular solid with the color of light yellow. It has the properties of good solubility, mutual solubility, water resistance, insulation, excellent chemical stability over acid and alkali, good adhesive strength, and low heat conduction.
Applications:
1.Paint: It is widely used in marine paint and alkyd coating. Putting it in can increase the glossiness, adhesive power, hardness, resistance of acid and alkali.
2.Adhesive: By putting it in the bonding strength, resistance of acid , alkli and water of the adhesive and pressure-sensitive Tape can be increased and the production cost can be lower down also.
3.Printing ink: It can increase the printing quality like widen color, quick drying and brighter.

 

G-Series Hydrocarbon resin is aliphatic modified aromatic resin obtained from copolymerizing of C5 and C9 fraction that derived from the by-product of thermal cracking of n aphtha. It is granular solid with the color of pale yellow. Its' major usage is binder for hot melt road marking and tackifier for hot melt adhesives, rubber compound. This resin shows outstanding affinity for pigments, superior process ability in the hot melt road marking application and good compatibility with base polymer, natural tackifier and good heat stability in hot melt adhesive application.
Applications:
Tackfied resin for hot melt adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive and sealant;
Tackfier or additives for modification of rubber and plastic;
Ink additive or be put into hot melt road marking paint etc.

R-Series Hydrocarbon Resin is a low molecular weight thermoplastic aromatic resin produced from petroleum derived C9 fraction through thermal-polymerization technique. It's a transparent flake solid with the color of yellow to light brown. It has the properties of good solubility, mutual solubility, water resistance, insulation, excellent chemical stability over acid and alkali, good adhesive strength, and low heat conduction.

Applications:
1.It has good mutual solubility with natural and synthetic rubber and no big influence to sulfidation. Putting in it can make the rubber more adhesive, strength and soft
2.It is suitable to high quality rubber products like radial tire
3.It can be substitutes of rosin, synthetic hot melt adhesive
4.Very suitable for other modified resin.

Hydrocarbon Resin is packed in multi-ply paper bags. Its net weight is 25kgs per bag, 750 kgs per pallet. The packing can be changed by client's requirements. It can be transported by truck, train and ship etc, but must avoid sunlight, rain-drenched, damp, hook, alkali and oxidant. The one-year period storage should be in ventilating, cool and dry area. This product is a non-dangerous chemical.
